At Cufflinks on the Go, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers.
We understand that you may need to return or exchange an item, and we want to make the process as smooth and simple as possible.
Below, we have outlined our return and refund policy to help guide you.
Return Policy:
Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, with all original packaging, and must not have been worn, used, or altered in any way.
If the item has been damaged in any way, it is not eligible for a return.
Please note that original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Refund Policy:
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Your refund will be credited back to the original payment method used to make the purchase.
If the payment was made using a gift card, the refund will be credited back to the gift card.
In the event that the item was damaged in transit or was defective, we will issue a full refund, including shipping costs, to the original payment method.
Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to show up on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges:

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that availability of certain items may be limited.
The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs for the original item, as well as the shipping costs for the exchange item.
